Many sportspeople often have an imbalance of certain muscle groups in relation to one another.
Certain muscle areas may therefore be overexerted. As a consequence, the longitudinal arch and the inner ankle may twist during the landing phase.
With the help of this machined foot support, certain elements prepare your foot for increased strain by inhibiting muscles which are too strong and activating weaker muscles more early.
Thanks to these so-called sensomotoric components, twisting of the inner side of the foot is diminished. In this way, wrong exertion of individual joints is reduced starting from the upper ankle joint. At the same time, the foot support acts like a training device with which a physiological balance of the muscle groups is developed.
